It’s a breakthrough moment. Co-working provider Westhive will open its new location in Rosental Mitte in May 2020. It will be the first business to open on the Rosental Mitte research and business site, which is currently still closed.

The building, which is situated on the corner of Rosentalstrasse and Sandgrubenstrasse, will be opened to the public and Westhive will use it on a temporary basis for a period of two years. The historic building on Rosentalstrasse will initially be home to about 140 workspaces in private team offices for two to six people, along with well-equipped meeting rooms.

After two years, Westhive will move to its permanent home in the neighbouring building in Rosental Mitte, which will be renovated and converted in the intervening period. The building that Westhive will use for the first two years will then be converted into cooperative housing. The first step has been completed!

We are now looking forward to the steps to follow – until complete integration into the existing Rosental neighbourhood.
