Dismantling, construction site A
Since the beginning of 2026, there are two new tents at the former building 1010. This allows the necessary drilling work to be carried out at the original tent site. Work will continue in compliance with the applicable safety measures and will be carried out in protective suits.

To construct the excavation pit for Haus 6 on the construction site of the former building 1038, the remaining sheet piles will be installed in the first to second quarters of 2026. The purpose of these is to seal against pressing groundwater. Furthermore, a dewatering system will be installed to allow excavation work to continue.

A new tent is also scheduled to be erected in the third quarter of 2026 at the former building 1038 to allow the excavation to continue as planned as well as the demolition of the basement levels of the former building 1038.

Building application for building 1033
The building application for the conversion of building 1033 at Sandgrubenstrasse 41 will be submitted at the end of January 2026. The plan is to create laboratory and office space for up-and-coming research companies, who would occupy the space from 2029.
