The Rosental Mitte site was partially opened for the first time in early July 2022. Former building 1032, which stands at the corner of Rosentalstrasse and Sandgrubenstrasse, also became part of the district. At the beginning of January 2025, healthcare services available to residents of Rosentalquartier and those working in Rosental Mitte were expanded.

The newly opened Physio23 GmbH fitness centre, formerly Syngenta Fitness, brings training and therapy together under one roof. Along with a wide range of equipment and professional care, integrated physiotherapy offers targeted rehabilitation and prevention measures. Those interested can now arrange a free trial training session and an individual consultation.

Sanacare has also expanded its range of medical services at the Medical Centre in Rosental to include a GP practice. At Sanacare, individual patient well-being is put at the centre.
